Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery rates may vary according to product. All goods are delivered by courier to your address. Next day delivery is practices, however always  allow 2 to 4 working days for delivery.

It is expected that the Customer or an authorized representative will sign for receipt of the goods. Note, customers should check goods at delivery  and  sign off on goods received clearly by either
“checked” or  "unchecked" as to the manner  they receive their items this is to retain the insurance integrity. Any damage found MUST be noted on the delivery note and delivery refused. Where the damage is noted after delivery, this MUST be notified in writing to O’D Cleaning Supplies Limited within 24 hours, this can be done by e mail to info@odcleaningsupplies.ie.

 

Transit Delays and Non-Delivery
OD Cleaning Supplies Ltd. will be totally professional to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability for failure to do so however arising.

 

Collections

By prior arrangement customers who wish not to incur delivery charges can collect goods from our premises

 

Returns

OD Cleaning Supplies Ltd. will only accept the return of products after giving prior written notice, and will only accept goods returned that are in the same condition and packaging as
originally supplied by OD Cleaning Supplies Ltd. They must have  the support of an original sales invoice. All items correctly supplied by us and then returned as no fault of our own will be
subject to a handling charge of 20% of the original purchase price. Damaged goods will only be replaced with like for like items.
